Refund and Cancellation Policy

We at aastrotrishela.com strive to provide high-quality astrology services and carefully select spiritual products to support your spiritual journey. Please read our Refund and Cancellation Policy

carefully before making a purchase or consultation.

1. Nature of Services – Astrology, Vastu, Numerology, Crystal, and Consultations
Our services include, but are not limited to:

  • Vedic Astrology consultations.
  • Birth Chart Analysis.
  • Birth Time Rectification.
  • Numerology reports and Consultation.
  • Vastu consultations.
  • Vastu Gridding and Mapping.
  • Personalized Remedies & Recommendations.
  • Crystal healing Sessions.
  • Crystal/Gemstone consultation.

These services are provided either through live consultations, on-site sales or downloadable reports, which are customized specifically for each client.

No Refunds for Services

  • Once a service has been delivered (emailed, report sent, or live session), it is non-refundable.
  • We do not offer refunds based on dissatisfaction with predictions or outcomes, as astrology is an interpretive and advisory in nature.
  • You did not show up for a scheduled appointment.
  • You changed your mind after the report/session had been prepared or delivered.
  • You submitted incomplete or incorrect birth details.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Session Policy

  • If you wish to cancel an early booked session, please notify us at least 48 hours before the scheduled time. We will refund your payment. The refund payments will be processed within 7 to 10 working days and will be initiated to the main source of payment.
  • If you wish to reschedule an early booked session, please notify us at least 48 hours before the scheduled time. We will allow only one free reschedule per booking. 

Digital Products (Reports, PDFs, etc.)

  • All digital products, such as personalized reports and charts, are non-refundable once delivered, as they are custom-created for you and cannot be reused or returned.

Refunds on booked sessions may Be Considered If:

  • You cancel a live session at least 48 hours in advance.
  • There is a technical issue on our end preventing the session.
  • You were charged more than once for the same service.
  • All refund requests must be made in writing to su*****@************la.com within 2 business days of the issue. All refund payments will be processed within 7 to 10 working days and will be initiated to the main source of payment.

2. Physical Products – Crystals, Gemstones, and Spiritual Tools

We take great care to provide authentic, energetically cleansed crystals and gemstones. Please inspect your product upon arrival and make an unboxing and uncut video of the received product.

Return and Refunds are only Accepted If:

  • If the products are purchased directly through our online website. 
  • You received the wrong item or a damaged product.
  • You contact us via email or WhatsApp within 2 days of delivery with clear photos, an unboxing-uncut video of the damaged product you received at the time of delivery, as proof of a wrong item or damaged product delivered.

Refund approved. Once we receive the returned product, we will thoroughly inspect the proof of damage of the returned product, and then we will initiate the refund process within 7 working days. The product should be unused and should be returned in its original packaging with the proper packing. We will issue a refund if it is applicable.

Not Eligible for Return and Refund:

  • Crystals and Gemstones are Non-Returnable.
  • If the required proof is not submitted
  • If not contacted within 2days of the delivery date.
  • Custom-made or ritually-prepared products (e.g., Salts, Energized stones, Yantras, or any Vastu products, etc.).
  • Items returned without original packaging.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the buyer is solely responsible for return shipping unless the error was on our part.

3. Purchased Product Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel a product order within 24 hours of purchase, provided it hasn’t been shipped.
